蔓性天竺葵學名Pelargonium peltatum (L.) Ait. Hort. 蘋果天竺葵學名Pelargonium ordoratissimum (L.) L'H，英文名Apple Scented Geranium、Rose Pelargonium，牻牛兒苗科天竺葵屬多年生亞灌木或草本植物，又稱麝香天竹葵、香葉天竺葵、豆蔻天竺葵、蘋果香草、碰碰香、扒拉香，原產於非洲南部地區，有園藝栽培育成品種，如：'Apple'、'Rose'、'The Big Apple'... 等。
「蘋果天竺葵(Pelargonium odoratissimum)」與「薰衣草天竺葵(Pelargonium × fragrans)」外形相似，「蘋果天竺葵」葉色較翠綠色，具蘋果味，「薰衣草天竺葵」葉色偏灰綠色，具薰衣草味。
薰衣草天竺葵學名Pelargonium × fragrans，英文名Old spice Geranium，牻牛兒苗科天竺葵屬多年生亞灌木或草本植物，又稱肉豆蔻天竺葵、辣味天竺葵、老辣天竺葵，園藝栽培種，雜交育成。
